By accessing or purchasing from thenalayakclub.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

About our products

All products are print-on-demand and made to order. This means:

Production starts only after your order is placed
Colours may vary slightly from screen representations due to monitor calibration and print processes
Each piece is unique and we cannot guarantee exact print placement to the millimetre
Sizing charts are provided on every product page — please review before ordering

Orders and payment

By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and the information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion — for example, if payment cannot be verified or the order looks fraudulent.

Payment is processed securely via Razorpay. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible Indian pin codes and order values.

Intellectual property

All designs, graphics, photographs, and content on this site are owned by The Nalayak Club or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

No returns, replacement only

Because every piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or colour preference. Replacements are issued only for print defects, design errors, or items damaged in transit, as detailed in our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Nalayak Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
