Processing time

All products are made to order. Production takes 3–5 business days before your order is dispatched. We do not hold inventory — every piece is printed fresh for you.

Delivery timeline

After dispatch, expect delivery in 5–8 business days across India. Total time from order to delivery: approximately 8–13 business days.

Shipping partners

We ship via Delhivery, Shiprocket, Blue Dart, and other partners depending on your pin code. You'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order is dispatched.

Free shipping

Free shipping on all orders over ₹999. A flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across most pin codes in India. A handling fee of ₹50 applies to COD orders. COD is not available on orders above ₹3,000.

International shipping

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us at hey@thenalayakclub.com with your order ID and we'll sort it out.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once dispatched, and orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses will incur re-shipping charges.
