How do I choose my size?
Check our size guide and compare with a tee you already love. Our oversized fits are relaxed, not bedsheet. When in doubt, size down if you're between sizes — our tees run slightly loose.
How long will my order take?
Each piece is printed after you order, so the full timeline is about 8–13 business days — 3–5 days production, 5–8 days delivery. You'll get a tracking link by email and SMS the moment we dispatch.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, for eligible Indian pin codes and orders under ₹3,000. A small handling fee of ₹50 applies. Shopify will show the final available payment options at checkout based on your address.
Can I return my order if I picked the wrong size?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for size or colour changes. Since each piece is made to order, we cannot resell it. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering. Full policy here.
What if the print or product is defective?
We will replace it free of cost. Email hey@thenalayakclub.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos of the defect. We respond within 1–2 business days.
How should I wash and care for my tees?
Cold machine wash, inside out, mild detergent. No bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Iron on the reverse side, never directly on the print.
Are products pre-made or stock items?
No. Every piece is printed and finished after you order. That means less waste, no warehouse pile-ups, and a slightly longer wait — worth it.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We ship within India only for now. International shipping is coming, but no firm date.
